We are well into our third run of the Leadership Development Series with the Alliance for Nonprofit Resources and The Center for Community Resources and we’d like to share what we’re experiencing, seeing, and learning with the community.
We are excited to be working with Christy Stuber of Christy Stuber Coaching to provide this series. She brings a high level of expertise and professionalism and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team.
Our program is based on developing the soft skills of the workplace. Skills like boundaries, understanding your brain’s first level response to situations, and mindfulness may be labeled “soft” but they are actually hard concepts that require insight and take practice and time. It is essential to develop a high level of self awareness and intention to do them well if you want to succeed at work. We work on developing this self awareness along with the relational skills that help employees learn how to navigate personal situations that are often at the heart of many business matters. While the program is structured and based on a set curriculum, we leave space to be flexible so that each person’s program is highly individualized.
It has been incredible to work with ANR and CCR and help them deepen their commitment of service to the community by investing and valuing their employees.
Over the next few months we will be highlighting each section of the program. Contact us if you would like to learn more about how Spero Group can help you develop and value your employees.
